This is a really nice black-owned hardware store everything I needed was found for me and brought up they don't like people wander around the store really. It's right off North avenue and you know that's in the hood and it's not exactly a nice place but they make sure to make you feel comfortable and safe inside. If all you need is basic plumbing stuff and basic hardware stuff for doing a job in the city this is a good place to stop and saves you from having to drive 30 40 minutes to go to home Depot or Lowe's or going to zeskinds and then paying double the price this is asking different welkins but I rather go here give these people my money so nice and more comfortable environment don't feel like I'm being over-pressured don't feel like I'm being scammed. So all in all I'd come back if I'm doing work in that area

I don't know if they're the same owners or not but this Hardware store has been in business for over 20+ years that i know of n it's probably way more years than that n i've never had any problems there n the workers were all very friendly n i always got what i went in there for plus every time i got a key made there it always worked i never had to go back cause it didn't fit my locks, you can't go wrong going in there for service n they keeps their store very clean n stocked.

Excellent personal customer service from the most knowledgeable women in the hardware business! Never disappointed when i can't fit my needs because when possible an alternative product in stock was recommended. Please support our local minority owned neighborhood businesses. Prices and hours are reasonable compared to big box stores.

My first visit was about a year ago, I needed to make copies of my keys because I was taking an out of town trip. I was in a hurry but was in and out quickly. Visited again on Monday, same thing. I was out the door with my duplicates in less than 5 minutes. Consistency is how you do great business 👍🏾 …
